Hourly Rate:

Social Media/Internet Marketing $45.00 per hour
Administrative Support $35.00 per hour

Retainer Rate:

5 hour           5% discount
10 hour         10% discount
20 hour         15% discount

Project Rate:

Because many clients require customized action plans and tasks, we prefer to partner with our clients to create a package based on individual needs. Rate will be quoted after an in depth consultation.

Terms:

• All projects are billed on an hourly basis in 15 minute increments. Office supplies, paper, postage, long distance calls will be charged separately.
• Retainer packages require a minimum commitment of three months with a signed service agreement.
• Retainer rates are due on the 1st of each month. Any unused retainer hours do not roll over to the next month and are non refundable.
• 50% deposit will be required on all non retainer projects.
• Invoices not reconciled within 15 days will incur a 10% late payment penalty to be applied to the balance due.
• Weekend, after hours, holiday or rush projects will be charged an additional Rush Fee.
• Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Virtual Timesaver errors will be corrected at no charge.
